Live Yoga class every tuesday 8pm
A weekly 45 minute yoga practice to decompress, stretch and move the body. Classes are geared for all levels and fitness abilities.
Movement & Self Care Series
20 minute rehab classes using a combination of self massage, trigger point release, functional movement and pilates-ish to strength and promote better movement patterns.
Special Classes Added Weekly
New classes added for Pilates, Strength Training, Functional Movement, selfceare, meditation and self massage.
*Classes get added Friday Morning.
